Our program offers a variety of educational opportunities designed to promote healthier lifestyles for people of all ages. We also encourage active living through walking and fitness groups, while offering specialized senior wellness activities that help older adults remain active, engaged, and connected. Through health resource navigation, we help individuals identify local services, understand available programs, and connect with organizations that can support their healthcare needs. We also coordinate annual community health fairs in partnership with licensed medical professionals and healthcare organizations, creating opportunities for the public to receive valuable health information and access community resources in one convenient location. Additional community events may include blood pressure and diabetes screening events conducted by qualified healthcare partners, as well as health insurance enrollment assistance provided through trained staff or partner organizations to help individuals better understand and access available coverage options.
